Typically held the day before or the morning of closing, the walk-through allows the buyer to confirm the property’s condition and that nothing has changed since their last visit.

We’ll provide you with a complete list of contacts to cancel or transfer utilities and home services once the sale is complete.

Even at this stage, small surprises can occur. Whether it’s a last-minute repair or a lender delay, I’ll handle the situation swiftly to keep the process on track.
The Closing Appointment
At the closing table, the settlement statement will be reviewed and signed by all parties. If you can’t attend in person, we can arrange alternative signing options. Proceeds from the sale can be wired directly to your account or provided by check. All keys, remotes, and property information will be transferred to the buyer at this time.
