Typically scheduled a day before or the day of closing, this is your opportunity to revisit the property and confirm that everything is in order. We’ll verify that the condition is consistent with your last visit, that all agreed-upon items remain, and that the home is move-in ready.
Utilities & Services
You’ll receive a curated list of contacts to help you set up utilities, home services, and anything else you might need to settle in with ease. If you’d like personal recommendations for local vendors, movers, or concierge services, I’m happy to share my trusted network.
Be Ready, but Relax
Occasionally, a small hiccup arises at the eleventh hour, a missing appliance manual, a last-minute question about wiring funds. No need to stress. I’ve navigated every kind of curveball and will handle any issues swiftly and discreetly.
Closing Day
Your closing agent will prepare a detailed settlement statement summarizing the transaction. Together, we’ll review and sign all documents either in person or remotely. If you’re financing, this includes the lender’s paperwork. Once funds are confirmed and keys are exchanged, the home is officially yours.
